| Started by a former Las Vegas Gaming Surveillance Investigator who specialized in Internal Operations as the Special Operations Manager - Just Don't Look Right (JDLR) was created as a method of putting all of the casino surveillance incident video coverage to use by providing training to new surveillance agents and keeping the skills of seasoned agents up to speed. JDLR encodes any type of surveillance footage into digital format (if not already) and stores it on a secured directory within the JDLR.org website accessed only by the client through the JDLR.org portal. These video files are arranged within series containing 3 clips per series. The user then answers several questions concerning the video. The answers are submitted to a designated email address with a link to the related video for managerial review of the user's current surveillance abilities of recgonizing an incident and what action should be taken. All those incident tapes in storage can now be put to use - providing a customizable source of training! |
