| VIDEO: All video sent to SilverColt Webmastering & Design, LLC for use with the JDLR program is for encoding, editing and streaming on www.jdlr.org only and is kept confidential. This video is held to the up-most level of privacy and will NOT be given to ANY third parties for ANY reason. All media (VHS tapes, compact discs etc.) which the client gives SilverColt Webmastering & Design, LLC authority over becomes the property of SilverColt Webmastering & Design, LLC only for the intent and purpose where in this contract specifies. For no other purpose will these media types and the content there in be used without the sole permission of the client. It is SilverColt Webmastering & Design, LLC – JDLR.ORG subsidiary promise that everything in their power will be done to keep this media (video) private and secure; doing so could result in increase of monthly service fee. If such an increase occurs notification will be provided prior to any changes in services or invoicing for the client’s approval and signing of a contract addendum as stated in the preface.
GENERAL: Any and all information held, kept, placed and made available on the www.jdlr.org website involving the said client will NOT be given to ANY third party for ANY reason. SilverColt Webmastering & Design, LLC – JDLR.ORG client’s privacy is held to the strictest policy of privacy and security that is within their power. All JDLR portals are made available only through user authentication which the client provides a list of username and passwords they require to be configured for access, NO additional credentials from that which is provided by the client will be added for ANY reason. DISCLAIMER: Any restrictions, policies and/or procedures regarding the use of this application by the client and it's approved end user’s is solely the responsibility of the client to implement and enforce, JDLR will not be held responsible for the actions of the client or its end users. |
